Allied Filter, UK Filter Manufacturers. Latest Industry News: Pall Corporation take over FSI Filters

Filter Specialists Inc (FSI Filters), a supplier of filtration products and solutions based in Michigan, America, has been acquired by the Pall Corporation.

Pall Corporation is an S&P 500 company and is adding FSI’s products and technologies to its existing portfolio. It is hoped that the acquisition will provide potential opportunities in markets where it doesn’t currently have solutions.

FSI Filters operates primarily in the industrial paint, chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and food and beverage markets. Through the acquisition, Pall obtains FSI’s Polyweld®, Polymicro® and BOS filter bags, along with its line of both steel and plastic filter vessels.
